Scan to BIM Services by ViBIM: Project Notes and Workflow Articles
This site collects working notes from the ViBIM modeling team in Hanoi. Each post follows one real deliverable or one stage of the process: how a point cloud is checked before modeling starts, how a Revit model is compared back against the scan, and what shaped projects for survey firms in the UK and the United States.
The notes are written for the surveyors and BIM managers who send us their scans, so they stay on decisions, tolerances and checks rather than sales claims.

About ViBIM
ViBIM is a BIM modeling company founded in Hanoi in 2014 by architect Pham Thanh. The production teams are split by discipline, so an architectural, structural or MEP model is reviewed by a lead from that field before it leaves the office.
Most clients are survey and AEC firms in the UK, Australia, the United States and Canada, and a large share of the work is delivered white-label under the client's own name. Around 80% of clients have stayed with ViBIM for more than five years. Project managers work from 8 AM to 11 PM (GMT+7), quotes come back within 12 to 24 hours, and a new client can ask for a free trial on its own sample data.
